Stop Cards for Behavior Management

I use these stop cards as part of my behavior management system. I teach 6th grade, but they can be used with any grade.

If a student has been warned to stop making a bad choice more than once, they get a stop card. There are spaces for name, date, and to write down what they should have been doing.

They know that if they get a certain number of stop cards they get consequences such as a phone call home, detention etc.

This gives me a quick and easy record of how often I have spoken to a student.

These are very effective.

Thanks,
Simone
